Quality Linen, sheets and towels are provided

Spring Room - Double bedroom with queen bed, TV, Joseph Grange desk and chair, dressing room leading to an en-suite bathroom that includes a spa bath, glass shower recess, double vanity and bidet.

Summer Room - Family room with two singles and one queen bed accessing shared en-suite bathroom.

Autumn Room - Double bedroom with queen bed and French doors opening onto a timber deck.

Winter Room - Triple bedroom with one double and one single bed. Shared en-suite bathroom.

Family Bathroom - Shower recess, vanity unit with hairdryer and WC.

Kitchen – Fully equipped oak kitchen with granite bench tops. Dinner service for twelve guests and a range of cookware. Appliances include Washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric fan oven, gas hob, microwave, blender, toaster and kettle.

Dining Room – Dining table and chairs with display unit. Steps lead down to the conservatory.

Conservatory – Armoire containing TV, DVD, CD, IPOD docking system, marquetry coffee table, 4 person settee with 2 matching “love seats”, Louis 15th pear wood chair and occasional table.

Drawing Room – Baby grand piano, 4 and 3 person settees, coffee table, single chair, Grange swivel bookshelf stocked with a variety of books. A “jet master” log fire and adjustable mood lighting creates a comfortable ambience. French doors open out onto an elevated patio overlooking an entertaining area with wicker seating for 6.

Undercover Parking – Car port attached to main residence for 2 vehicles and parking for an additional 5 vehicles.

Grounds – Include a trampoline, tree house and swings for children. A gas BBQ together with 8 and 6 person outdoor table settings with umbrellas provide excellent entertaining areas.

Indoor Pool/Spa house – The pool is almost 10 meters in length, 1.8 to 2m deep with a separate spa. A bar, bar stools, chaise lounge and seating add to the ambience. French doors open onto an elevated north facing Haddon stone paved entertaining area.

Tennis Court – All weather flood lit court with “hit up net” “golf putting hole”, Volley ball net /poles and basketball/netball rings. Tennis racquets, balls, golf clubs and putter are also provided.

Possum Cottage – Fully self-contained accommodation for 2 additional guests comprising a double bed, chest of drawers, upholstered chair, TV, DVD, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette.

Gardens – Conifers, Golden Elms, Horse Chestnuts, London Planes, Potostrums, Flowering Cherry, Japanese maples, Pencil cypress, Manchurian Pears, White Poplars, Liquid amber, Claret ash, fruit trees, English and Japanese box hedges, Photinias, Blue spruce, Leilandi  Dogwoods, viburnum, roses, lavender and many other species.

Games Room (completion November 2010) – Will include a bar (can be stocked on request), bicycles, table tennis, dart board and Wii fitness and resort pack in a nautical setting.
