and lawns. An indoor pool and spa is linked to the main residence
via a pathway and overlooks a floodlit all weather tennis court. Terraces,
patios and timber decks facilitate outdoor entertaining where a variety
of birds and wildlife enjoy the grounds at various times of the year.
The spacious home is centrally heated and includes a drawing room
with baby grand piano, conservatory with TV, DVD/CD and iPOD docking system. "Bose outdoor" and ceiling speakers throughout facilitate enjoyment of your personal music choices. Internet access is also available.
The Southern Highlands is an exciting and relaxing destination rich in tradition and history. You can ride bikes on many tracks including the Wingecarribee river path where the explosion of Autumn colours, Winter mists and snow provide a healthy activity and wonderful vistas. There are waterfalls, national parks, 17 wineries, boutiques, stately mansions, the oldest polo cross club in the world and it is one of regional Australia's most expensive suburbs.
