A luxurious Southern Highlands country retreat for all seasons with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms just 1hour 15 minutes drive southwest of Sydney.

Tucked away behind electric gates lies a long winding driveway that passes a Koi pond leading to the main residence. The home is situated on over 2 acres of mature gardens with established trees and lawns. An indoor pool and spa is linked to the main residence via a pathway and arbour . Inside the pool house is the latest technology mineral water Magnapool which is odourless, virtually free of synthetic chemicals and environmentally friendly. Solar and gas heating is installed. French doors open out onto an elevated terrace that overlooks a floodlit all weather tennis court.  Terraces, patios and timber decks facilitate outdoor entertaining where a variety of birds and wildlife enjoy the grounds at various times of the year.

This spacious home is centrally heated and includes reverve cycle air conditioning.  A exotic bar, brass trumpet and baby grand piano provides entertainment opportunities. A comfortable drawing room with an Armoire enclosing an amplifier that can select internal ceiling and external "Bose" speakers or an Ipod docking station ensures enjoyment of your personal music choices. The elevated conservatory includes a 42” HD T.V. and bespoke furniture.

Paintings by various local and international artists are also displayed.

The Southern Highlands is an exciting and relaxing destination rich in tradition and history.  The author of Mary Poppins created some of her inspiring tales in the Highlands and the Bradman Museum in Bowral honours Australia's greatest cricketer. There are many attractions from the quaint villages and cafes, gourmet delights to be enjoyed on a food and wine trail, "Tulip time" during the "open gardens" festival and the Bong Bong picnic race meeting. You can ride bikes on many tracks including the Wingecarribee river path where the explosion of Autumn colours, Winter mists and snow provide a healthy activity and wonderful vistas. There are waterfalls, national parks, 17 wineries,  boutiques, stately mansions, the oldest polo cross club in the world and it is one of regional Australia's most expensive suburbs.

“Possum cottage” is available for an additional 2 guests from the same party to ensure privacy.
